Whats the best way to clean white wood blinds?

  2. I soak my blinds in my bathtub about every six mths with scolding hot water and bleach. Then hang them outside to dry, Its really not that difficult and they will look new again. The strings wont turn colors either. Putting to much pressure on them with the hose could damage the threading…I would think.

  3. your husband’s right dont worry about the dirt that will stick to the strings… it’ll wash off = just sprinkle soap sudd to the blinds then leave it for 30 mins then rinse…

  6. I took mine down and put them in the bath tub and then sprayed them off with a hose to rinse.Use whatever type cleaner you have.The blinds are brand new again
