I have a new wood 2 "faux; accechi that I installed. When the shooting string to tilt down, I find that the slats of the upper ending strongly (touching the cue above and below the cue), however the slats are close to the bottom, though inclined not close tightly, allowing the light through. Any ideas why? Lascilo know what further Info you need and give.

Last year when I bought my new house I did the blind Faux wood, white Levelor install. They are a width of three inches. I have maintained impolverati but now I think we need real good cleaning. My question is what is the best product and method for cleaning dell'ogni cue? I don 't want to use something that could damage the coating.
