How do I whiten faux wood plantation blinds?
Aubietigerfan Want’s to know:
My blind wood, faux ingiallito have during these past years, all suggestions about how to obtain them white again? No amount of cleaning or dusted with soapy water returned my blind back to their original appearance. I believe that the yellowing can be connected with natural gas, because I have the same blind in my garage and have not ingiallito. Help, I don 't want to buy new blind only do the same thing happening again. Thank you!

Try soaking them in a tub, and add clorox, maybe a cup, and let it set for awhile…
Bleach is used to whiten or lighten wood, and this may take the “gas” off, or lighten it…
I wish you well…
